Terms of Service
Terms for using ReviewLift Local.
Effective date: July 15, 2026. These terms apply to business customers using ReviewLift Local.
Service
What ReviewLift Local does.
ReviewLift Local provides business-to-business review follow-up and reputation management support for local service businesses. The service may include customer follow-up, reminder messages, private issue alerts, review response drafts, and monthly proof reporting.
We do not act as a law firm, compliance advisor, Google representative, or payment processor. Third-party platforms, including Google and Stripe, are governed by their own terms and policies.
Client responsibilities
You must provide legitimate customer data.
- You confirm that the customers you provide are real customers of your business with genuine recent experiences.
- You confirm that you have the right, permission, and lawful basis to provide customer contact information for follow-up by email, phone, or text, as applicable.
- You agree not to provide invoices, prices, addresses, or sensitive private notes unless separately agreed in writing.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, Google profile links, and customer lists.
- You are responsible for honoring customer opt-outs, do-not-contact requests, and any industry-specific rules that apply to your business.
Messaging compliance
Consent and opt-outs matter.
You must not upload or submit customer contacts unless you are allowed to contact those customers for service-related follow-up. If a customer opts out, asks not to be contacted, disputes consent, or complains about follow-up, you must tell us promptly and stop submitting that contact.
We may suspend follow-up for any list, campaign, or client account if we believe consent, privacy, messaging, review, or platform-policy risk is too high.
Review policy
No fake reviews. No guaranteed ranking.
- ReviewLift Local does not create, buy, sell, or post fake reviews.
- ReviewLift Local does not offer incentives in exchange for reviews, review revisions, or removal of negative reviews.
- ReviewLift Local does not guarantee a specific number of reviews, a specific rating, or a specific search ranking.
- ReviewLift Local does not discourage, prohibit, or selectively suppress truthful negative feedback.
- ReviewLift Local does not ask customers to write specific review content, mention specific staff members, or leave reviews while under pressure.
- Private issue alerts are for service recovery and customer care, not review manipulation.
Payment
Subscription billing.
The launch plan is $299/month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Billing is handled through Stripe or another approved payment provider.
Cancellation
Cancel future renewals before they bill.
You may cancel future renewals by contacting support@reviewliftlocal.com or using the customer portal when available. Cancellation does not refund prior billing periods except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Limits
Service limits and liability.
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. ReviewLift Local is not liable for platform changes, Google policy changes, customer responses, review removals, ranking changes, or business outcomes outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewLift Local disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, reputational harm, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, special damages, punitive damages, or platform penalties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewLift Local's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.
Indemnity
You cover claims caused by your data or instructions.
You agree to defend and indemnify ReviewLift Local from claims, losses, penalties, chargebacks, platform actions, or costs arising from customer data you provide, lack of consent, inaccurate lists, illegal messaging instructions, review-policy violations caused by your business, or misuse of the service.
Termination
We can stop risky campaigns.
We may refuse, pause, or terminate service if we believe a campaign creates legal, privacy, messaging, review-manipulation, payment, platform, abuse, or reputational risk. Sections about payment, review policy, limits of liability, indemnity, and dispute handling survive termination.
Disputes
Contact us first.
Before filing a claim or chargeback, you agree to contact support@reviewliftlocal.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. These terms are intended for business customers, not consumer household purchases.
