Refund & cancellation policy

Monthly service with a simple cancellation path.

Effective date: July 15, 2026. This policy applies to the $299/month ReviewLift Local plan unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Subscription

$299/month.

The launch plan is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. Setup is currently waived unless otherwise agreed in writing.

30-day guarantee

First-month refund window.

If you are not satisfied during the first 30 days after your first payment, contact support@reviewliftlocal.com and request cancellation and a first-month refund. This guarantee applies only to the first paid month of a new account.

We may deny the guarantee if the account submitted fake contacts, lacked permission to contact customers, violated review-platform rules, abused the service, requested illegal or deceptive activity, or failed to provide the basic onboarding information needed to run the service.

Cancellation

Cancel before the next renewal.

You may cancel future renewals by contacting support@reviewliftlocal.com or using the customer portal when available. To avoid the next renewal, cancel at least two business days before the renewal date.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past billing periods outside the first-month guarantee. Partial months, unused time, setup work, campaign preparation, reporting work, and completed service work are not prorated unless we agree in writing.

Payment disputes

Contact us before chargebacks.

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support@reviewliftlocal.com first so we can investigate. We may suspend service during payment disputes, failed payments, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy-risk reviews.

No guarantees

Outcomes depend on customers and platforms.

ReviewLift Local does not guarantee a specific number of reviews, a specific rating, a search ranking, or a revenue result.
