Use

How information is used.

We use information to run customer follow-up, send reminders, flag private issues, prepare review response drafts when requested, produce monthly reports, and support the client relationship.

We may also use information to process billing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, maintain suppression and opt-out lists, comply with law, and improve the service.

Sharing

Limited sharing for service delivery.

Information may be processed using service providers for hosting, email, forms, spreadsheets, payment processing, analytics, and operational tooling. We do not sell customer lists.

We may disclose information if required by law, payment processors, platform investigations, dispute resolution, security needs, or a business transfer involving the service.

Client role

You control the customer relationship.

Our clients are responsible for the customer lists they submit, including the legality of collection, consent, notice, opt-outs, and any industry-specific privacy obligations. ReviewLift Local processes submitted customer information to provide the requested service.

Retention

Keep only what is useful.

Customer follow-up data is retained only as long as needed for campaign delivery, reporting, compliance, opt-out tracking, billing, dispute handling, and support, unless a longer period is agreed with the client or required by law.

Opt-outs

We honor do-not-contact requests.

If a customer asks not to receive follow-up, we stop future campaign follow-up to that customer and may retain the contact only as needed to maintain suppression records. Clients must promptly send us opt-out or do-not-contact requests they receive directly.

Security

Reasonable safeguards.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards for the type of information handled. No online service can guarantee perfect security, and clients should avoid submitting sensitive data that is not needed for review follow-up.

Privacy requests

Access, correction, deletion.

Clients and customers may contact support@reviewliftlocal.com to request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of personal information where applicable. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited records where required for legal, security, accounting, dispute, or opt-out purposes.

Children

Business service only.

ReviewLift Local is a business service and is not intended for children under 13. Clients must not submit customer data from children.
